So all of you locals know about Gilcrease Orchard, but just a reminder that it's a great place to go and pick your own fresh produce. We love to go and pick pumpkins for Halloween, but the rest of the growing season it's great to take your kids and pick some yummy fresh fruits and veggies and the fresh apple cider is out of this world (not cheap but delicious)! They're only open on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from 7am-Noon. I recommend that you sign-up for their newsletter and then you'll know what they have available each week and what produce is ready to be picked. Get there early so you don't roast!
