A couple of goodies from the Smith's Daytona sale, there's a Fruit Snacks Catalina that pairs nicely with the Daytona sale:

Also, I can report that although they are NOT marked in stores the Cinnamon Burst Cheerios ARE working for the Daytona sale. There are $.75/1 coupons in the 2/13/11 GM SS or there is an IP (coupons.com) or here(smartsource.com)


I also found another $1/3 Totinos Pizza coupon here (couponnetwork.com) or here (target.com) The coupon on the Target website is a manufacturer coupon and does not print with a Target logo.

Smith's Daytona Sale

Here's my first Smith's shopping trip for the Daytona sale. This sale is buy 10 participating items and get $3 off AND a $3 OYNO Catalina Coupon. Here's what I've read so far from shoppers who have done this deal at Kroger affiliate stores. The register WILL print more than 1 $3 catalina if you do 20 or 30 participating items BUT you may only use one $3 OYNO catalina per transaction. So, I think it makes more sense to just break your order into transactions of 10 and keep rolling your $3. Here's what I did (all prices are after $3 taken off at checkout)

I was thrilled with this shopping trip. Everything was stocked and the cashier at Self-checkout was nice. I warned her in advance that I was going to do 3 transactions and I went to the register closest to her. I had a bad experience the other night (the first I've ever had at Smith's) with the coupon nazi at self-checkout. I believe her name is Joy (funny because she was MEAN!) and I will avoid her at all costs in the future. There are lots of good deals even without coupons. I'll be going back for bbq sauce and probably more cereal because we are so low. The brown and serve sausage is a great deal but we don't really eat breakfast sausage. Remember if you win at the Instant Win game those items are all part of the mega event so they'll count toward you're total of 10 which means you'll make a little money!

Walgreens, Better Late than Never!

Here are a couple of good deals this week at Walgreens.

This is a monthly deal, if you can find it still stocked in your store. It's 14.99 get a $10 RR, BUT
if you can find these in your pharmacy
there is a $10 off coupon so it's a $6.01 moneymaker. If you don't see these in your pharmacy, ask them if they have any. When I asked a couple weeks ago, they pulled out a huge box of them from under the counter.

This is also a monthly deal pay $5.99 get a $6 RR. There was a coupon from their website that did not work and the coupon in the box does not work, BUT they have now fixed the $2 off coupon on their site and it makes for a nice little $2.01 moneymaker.

If you are in need of diapers or a baby gift, the W brand diapers are B1G1 free $8.99, BUT if you can find this little booklet, there is a Walgreens coupon for $2 off which will take $2 off both bags of diapers.

So, $4.99 for 2 bags of diapers. I used these when Sof was a baby, and I liked them better than the name brand diapers. Remember the coupon is a Walgreens coupon so you do not need to tear it out, they can just scan it or enter the code.

All the valentine stuff was 50% off in my stores today, so grab a couple of pencils or bags if you need a cheap filler.
